So I am a pretty frequent complainer about Michigan weather. I sometimes I wish I could load all my "must have people" in a bus and make them move out west with me. People are more friendly and in better moods, SUNSHINE, mountains, great scenery and I'm over snow. It's pretty on the first snowfall. Then after that, I could care less. and it's more annoying then anything. BUT ~props to MICHIGAN in the FALL~ it is so beautiful RIGHT NOW. I drove down Vinesetta after work and Tristen and I both were at awe of how awesome it looks. It's in the 70's and you can smell that crisp fresh air when you first walk outside. I love this season. I even love the thought of football in the Fall. Then right about the time it snows, I am ready to throw Thomas fantasy football crap in the toilet. Good God. He doesnt watch a whole game EVER. He has to channel surf to see what player did what. And because he is on so many leagues, sometimes his players are playing against each other. It's a full time job keeping up with that crap. Sorry sweetie if your reading this but you know it's true. :) We did go to the Lions game on Sunday vs Tampa Bay and I had a blast. First time too! I had no idea that people get so decked out for this. I mean downtown was crazy, (not to mention a marathon going on) I was really impressed! I do like Co America better though. Detroit should of spent the extra bucks to get a retractable dome on Ford field. Because like you read earlier, its all about the weather for me.
Tristen has a field trip tomorrow at the Apple Orchard. He's doing so good in school and his teacher is awesome. She's young, she is so sweet and really good with the kids. He is killing me lately with the words that come out of his 5 year soon to be 6 year old mouth. Complicated, appreciate, difficult situation. These are all words that he used in sentences and they made sense! He's getting too big and too smart. I love it but damn, slow down.
Tanner is one big ball of hair. He is SO fricken cute and he knows it. He flashes you this half grin and it forces you to stop what your doing, pick him up and instantly try to make him laugh. He chills with us on the couch and is so cuddly. Then 12 seconds after you think he is perfection he gets up and stands 2 inches in front of you and screams louder than any of the drunks at the Lions game. with a way higher pitch.
Ahh, I wouldnt have it anyother way. My perfect imperfect family! I can only imagine what they would write about me!
