June 20, 2007 - Wednesday
What a day.
Tristen had his first T-ball practice tonight. He did so good- he's the smallest on the team and probably the youngest but he did awesome. It's the strangest feeling to watch your babies grow up. I mean I'm all emotional lately with kindergarten, Tball, and seeing him get older makes me all weird. Time truly goes so fast. I stop myself sometimes when life is blazing by and remember some lyrics I love- "Hold on to these moments as they pass." Today was one of those days that I did that. I sat in the stands and watched my first born making new friends and my husband with my 2nd baby on his shoulders trying to take his hat off so he can throw it on the ground and make Thomas fetch it. so great and so surreal. I really have a good thing here.
2 of my most favorite people in the world who live in Atl. might make it up here to catch her fav. band Juliette and the Licks at the State Theater July 22rd! and again C.C. on the 28th, and we are on vaca for a week in July @ Houghton Lake- good month ahead!
and of course lots of sappy tball days.
